From the moment we started our work in 2020, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch this action. 以發光植物生物科技推行第六產業地方創生，以「提高農民所得」為目標，用行動讓台灣農業永續，由發光植物生物科技地方創生推動綠色環境給付，讓農業生產與生態互利共生。為台灣農業打造國際綠色金流，並著重在地發展跟農業發展創生議題，用行動打造青年回鄉、輔導農村社區經營、提高高齡人員勞參率，同時解決部分能源政策重點在研究減碳的新領域，即藉由植物減碳協助企業達到淨零碳排理想。
